POLICY

Queen Nail Bar provides professional services from nail care experts. At our spa, we follow this policy for the mutual convenience of the customers and the spa.

  • Queen Nail Bar does not provide refunds on services. 
  • We guarantee our services for 3 days for repair. However, we do not guarantee regular nail polish services.
  • Please keep your pets outside of the spa.
  • Food is not allowed to be consumed indoors.
  • Children are not allowed in the spa unless they come for services. For safety and insurance liability, children must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parents while in the salon. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon. To respect our clients’ relaxation, please prevent your children from running around, yelling, or crying.
  • Please keep your phone on silent mode when you are in the spa so that you do not disturb other customers.
  • We are not responsible for your belongings, kindly keep them with you.
  • Please notify our team before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or if you are pregnant.
  • Due to the manufacturer’s warranty, the maximum weight limit of our spa chair is 400lbs any patron exceeding this weight limit will be held liable for malfunction of the chair.
  • Due to the spread of viruses, we reserve the right to refuse service to patrons that have an open wound.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service on any patron that causes problems or disruption to our spa.
  • Services will be discontinued if you cause any issues that affect other customer’s experience.
